For almost three decades as a private lawyer Ken advised multinational companies facing crises and major transitions, and then he coached professionals and executives in energy leadership (IPEC). Again and again he found that extending trust and support within organizations, with outside contributors, and even with antagonists, can work wonders, especially when guided by shared values. He now focuses on accompanying people and organizations learning to build community like that, for the benefit of all of humanity.
