Through community building, companies learn that business operations are not just economically driven but also contribute to social and ecological well-being. As a result, a company not only complies with current ESG regulations, it sets new standards of excellence. It elevates the business from the struggle of mere survival to meaningful work. It is able to demonstrate to the world a genuine spirit of service and a trustworthy identity. It is an essential element for long-term success.
The outer form derives its value from the inner condition.
Being purposeful and values driven does also something else: there is a tremendous source of energy and motivation within people, when they can see that through their work they can develop themselves and at the same time contribute to a more sustainable and peaceful world. To unlock this source of energy, companies transform into communities that are purpose and values driven.

how does it work?

One or more people participate in the first training course(s) Soul-driven Leadership - Trust and Hope. In doing so, they start to form a small core group that is learning together about the culture of the organisation. With the assistance of soul.com facilitators, they can initiate the Finding the Soul programme, to discover the values, purpose and volition of the department or organisation at large. As a result, the soul of the organisation is explicitly formulated that becomes the guiding reference point and strengthens unity of purpose of the community. It also becomes the source of inspiration for external communication endeavours and compliance processes.

The core group can inspire and accompany people to form small teams to formulate learning questions relevant to their work. In doing so, they reflect upon their work and behaviour in light of the soul of the company. It is within these smaller groups that trust is generated and where meaningful conversations are held about real themes affecting the day to day work of people. Gradually, initiatives start to emerge that reflect the soul of the company and authentic culture change is happening. soul.com facilitators accompany leadership teams to help read the changing reality of the organisation and to make appropriate interventions to foster community life.
