Debby's passion is to build capacity in people. Her conviction is that we can change this broken world when we are in connection with those around us and learning together.
That is why she works from an unshakeable faith in the limitless potential of people to grow in capacities, applying cycles of planning- action-reflection in order to learn and move forward as a whole. Trained as a researcher, educator and dancer, she is fascinated by processes and patterns that set people into motion.
