Carlos is an educator dedicated to empowering students to take ownership of their learning and apply their knowledge in service to others.
With a university degree in rural education, Carlos brings over 11 years of experience in fostering skills in science, language and communication, technology, mathematics, and community service among high school students in Colombia. In addition to his work in education, he is also a talented musician and visual artist.
Since 2018, Carlos has been an active member of the Soul.com community and is certified to facilitate Soul-Driven Leadership and Agents of Change programs across Latin America. He currently serves as the national coordinator for the Agents of Change program within the "English for a Better Future" initiative in El Salvador.
