After more than 20 years of workin_g in organizational transformation, we’ve synthesized our learnings into a proven and effective leadership program: Soul-driven leadership. _Hundreds of people have embarked on the learning journey to become agents of change inside their organizations.
We teach leaders how to create an environment, where trust in one another is the status quo. Agents of change help create the capacity for learning within their organizations. In turn, these participants help create communities in which the powers of the human spirit have room to love, learn, and cooperate, and are encouraged and honoured.

course 1: trust - reshaping the world

Soul-driven leadership is a capacity building **program. It helps participants unlock their potential to transform their organization into a **community where impassioned people stretch, learn, and continue to grow together. The first step of that journey is a 3-day course in which participants enhance their abilities to create an environment of trust.
