Mauricio attended the SDL course in Holland almost as an adventure. It turned to be quite revealing, especially considering his expectation of receiving some magical managerial technique to obtain results in the short term. Not only did it challenge his linear mind but it helped him to understand how to obtain long-term results in business by nurturing relationships.
